Because of RNG in the game, I figured stricter build means more reliance on rng.
I made mine based on personal experience on the utility and flexibility of many of the skulls, as well as the fun factor. All it implies is there's an issue on our end or steams, not the author or site. I don't see how me or you experiencing a minor issue, when many others successfully managed to do so, is somehow indicative that the author knows nothing about this game. I actually find you being against tier lists as odd considering the game itself already has one built in (Common, Rare, Legendary, etc.), as well as different types of skulls. I think there's plenty of evidence of this in other games as well, as well as examples of what happens to games and their developers who don't listen to feedback *cough EA & Bethesda *cough. And frankly it's all been great changes so far. The inclusion of Stone Monkey, the patches, the QOL improvements, the changes to Quintessences, all of that is the result of player feedback. If anything, it's the opposite because they have to put more work into the game after release, rather than just focus on minor bug fixes and be done with it. I really don't understand how getting feedback is somehow seen as an "easy way" for game development.

It's mostly based on my own personal preferences, but I tried to not judge too harshly on the skulls I don't enjoy. My link isn't working, but I'll just post my preferences and include the two new skulls as well since they aren't on the site yet.
